Six-axis laser cutting capabilities.

Our Mazak Laser Cutter can handle .875" (22.2 mm) steel or .375" (9.5 mm) aluminum on a 5' x 10' (1.5 m x 3.0 m) cutting bed. In addition to flat stock, tubes, pipes, and structural shapes can all be processed with the CNC rotary chuck.

The 3-D capable cutter makes use of six axes of continuous CNC control and can cut weld preps, angled features, etc. A compact cutting head with ±360° rotation in the A-axis and ±135° in the B-axis maintains a normal cutting angle to all preformed sculptured surfaces. A non-contact profiler maintains a constant stand-off distance and eliminates marring of the part.
