Dynamic shrouds support a number of applications on a variety of aerospace and military platforms.
We have extensive experience producing a wide variety of shapes and sizes.
These sheet metal housings parallel our heat shield production process often using hydro-forming or spinning processes. In addition, roll forming of sheet metal can offer better material utilization supported by coiled sheet stock. Low, intermediate and high pressure compressor and combustor shrouds are a perfect example of such an application. Similar cross sectional profiles often result in shared tooling with minor modifications.
